Welcome to Web Craft Agency By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
Web Craft Agency provides web design and development services including, but not limited to, custom website design, website redesign, and other related services. We will deliver the final website according to the specifications agreed upon at the time of the order.
2. Client Responsibilities
Information & Materials: The client agrees to provide all necessary content, images, logos, and other materials required for the website project.
Approval: The client is responsible for reviewing the design and providing feedback in a timely manner. Any delays in approvals may affect the project timeline.
3. Project Timeline
The estimated delivery time for your website will be provided upon confirmation of the project.
Timelines may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness. If there are significant delays caused by the client, we may adjust the timeline accordingly.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit of 20% is required to begin work on the project.
Full payment is due upon completion of the project before the website goes live.

5. Revisions & Changes
We provide 10 rounds of revisions as part of the project. Any additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate of 5$
Major changes or additions to the original scope of work may require a new contract or an increase in fees.
6. Ownership & Rights
Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the website’s final design and content.
We retain the right to showcase the website in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business. Any sensitive information shared with us will be kept secure and not disclosed to third parties, except as required to complete the project.
8. Limitation of Liability
Web Craft Agency is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website once it is delivered to the client. However, if any design element or functionality of the website fails to work properly due to an error on our part, we will fix it free of charge. On the other hand, if the issue arises due to a mistake or change requested by the client, the client will be responsible for any additional charges for the necessary corrections.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to that point.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
